STEPHEN M. TRIPLETT, (Missouri State University, B.S.) has served as the firm's Chief Operating Officer since June, 2005. Prior to joining National Bankruptcy Services, Mr. Triplett held executive management positions at top national service-related corporations including IBM, BT/Concert and most recently Avaya. His experience and leadership in outsourcing and client services has resulted in a focus on the improvement of business processes, operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

LAWRENCE BUCKLEY, (Southern Illinois University, B.A., 1973; Pepperdine University, J.D., 1976) joined the firm in June 2005 in the role of Executive Vice President, Business Development. Larry is a member of the state bars of California (1976), Arizona (1987), Texas (1987) and Colorado (1988). Mr. Buckley has been in the default servicing business since 1981, formerly as President & sole shareholder of Buckley & Associates, and a managing law partner of The Buckley Firm for over 20 years. Larry was also President of First American Title Insurance Company's National Default Title Services division from 2003 until joining NBS. Mr. Buckley has represented major mortgage lenders and servicers in both legal and non-legal capacities for over 20 years.

DONALD M. HILL, (Louisiana College, B.S., Florida State University, M.B.A.) became Executive Vice President of NBS in April 2005. Mr. Hill began his business career with IBM and later Computer Sciences Corporation. He entered the credit industry in 1984 with a move to CSC Credit Services, where he became the company’s Executive Vice President for credit reporting sales and operations. Don joined Creditors Bankruptcy Services as President in 1992. After 10 years with CBS, Don left to form Bankruptcy Management Services in December 2002, providing solutions to credit grantors that helped them generate more money with greater efficiently from their consumer customers who filed bankruptcy. His long held interest in the credit industry extends beyond his occupation. He served as President of the Credit Industry Research Council and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He is also former Vice Chairman of the Consumer Data Information Association, where he was instrumental in creating the first Credit Reporting Resources Guide.

BRAD CLOUD -
In December 2005, Brad brought 16 years of expert banking and consumer financial experience to National Bankruptcy Services as Senior VP of Bankruptcy Operations. Mr. Cloud graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1990 and began his career with BankTexas in the Management Development Program. His desire to excel, aggressive approach and knowledge of the business grew exponentially as he continually gained valuable experience in all facets of consumer banking. Management experience with several national banks in sales and originations through loan servicing, bankruptcy, recovery, and acquisitions provided the platform to become Senior Vice President of Loan Servicing for AutoOne / California Federal Bank. Acquired by Citibank in 2002, he held several positions within Citi Financial Auto before joining NBS. These varied responsibilities in operations have given him the expertise to manage the critical aspects of consumer finance for the many clients NBS caters to in the auto finance industry and put together the necessary processes and procedures to smoothly transition problematic loans from A to Z. |
